Rooms
We
wanted to give the house a traditional feel with a contemporary
twist and believe we have achieved this. The house has 4 bedrooms,
a large living/dining room with open fireplace, hall/entrance.
laundry room. downstairs WC, kitchen and bathroom/WC.
Bedrooms
Each
room has been redecorated with new wood flooring, new beds and
bedroom furniture. The master bedroom is a large bedroom with
a fireplace, large wooden bed, large fitted wardrobes and stunning
views over the river and farmland opposite. There are 2 other
double bedrooms and, although smaller, they have ample space.
The smallest bedroom is a twin room having a single bed with pull-out
single below. All rooms have fantastic views over the river and
surrounding countryside. There is also a cot available, a highchair
and basic pushchair/buggy.
Living/Dining
Room
The
living room has 2 large sofas, an open fireplace and is equipped
with a UK satellite TV system, DVD player (with a selection of
DVDs) and stereo. There are also guidebooks, maps, novels, magazines
and children's books. The dining room has a large wooden table
with seating for 8 people.
Kitchen
The kitchen has been newly refurbished with wooden worktops and
a ceramic Belfast sink. The kitchen contains a fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, coffee machine,
kettle, toaster, blender, etc. and in the laundry room there is
an iron and board and a washing machine and dryer.
Bathroom
The bathroom has also been newly refurbished.
There is a new sink unit with stone tiles and large mirror and
a large enamel bath with large square contemporary shower above
and also a heated towel rail.
