Again this is another great activity you can do straight from the mill. Head off in any direction and you will be in spectacular surroundings.

Le Tour de France
The 2012 Tour de France will be passing very close to the mill this year - take a look at www.letour.com for the Basque region stages - so we are in a fantastic position to be used as a base to see the local stages. Here is an idea of an itinerary that will give you an unforgettable week enjoying the Tour de France:

Sat - Fly to either Biarritz or Pau
Sun - discover the area
Tues - the tour arrives in Dax from Bordeaux
Weds - Dax to Cambo les Bains then to Pau
Thurs - Pau to Tarbes
Fri - Bastille Day celebration all over the area with fireworks and festivities
Sat - Depart or stay another week to do the stages yourself

Trail Biking - VTT
The mountains and hills of the Basque Country are the ideal playground for off road biking. Whether you're a professional or a novice, you will be guaranteed heart stopping thrills and also breathtaking views. The Iraty Valley and the Col d'Ispeguy are a favourite playground for dirt bikers. Enjoy!
