White Water Rafting & Canoeing
You can canoe straight from the mill down the river Arberoue but for more challenging white water rafting and canoeing a short drive towards the Pyrenees on the road to Bidarray near St. Jean Pied de Port.

Fishing
Again this is another activity that can be enjoyed right at the mill. Fly fishing for trout can be a nice way to spend the day at the mill. Away from the mill there are over 150km of first rate streams and rivers for trout and salmon fishing.

Paragliding/Parapente
Our friends at Ozone Paragliders in the South of France informed us that there are some of the best flying sites in Europe on the Basque coast as well as in the mountains.
